I was nervous because there are so many companies out there so I researched the company and actually found a local store that carried the Provida line of CBD.
I decided to try the 1500mg drops for sleep.
I have been taking a nightly dose now for almost 2 months.
AMAZING are my results!!
I use a CPAP and would normally be able to sleep an average of 6.5 to 7hrs a night. I felt much better than I did without the CPAP but still felt anxious when I woke up. I have high blood pressure and my MD just wants to increase the dosage – instead of taking more pills I knew that if I could get more sleep it would help me.
So I tried the CBD oil and now I sleep 8 hrs on average a night. Actually it is 8 hrs and 7 minutes my machine has a read out on it.
I just feel more relaxed – my blood pressure has gone down too, I am still on medicine but my dosage has not been increased.
My quality of life has improved – I take a dose at 8:30pm and by 9 pm I am in bed. I have even slept 9hrs some days it’s just amazing that CBD oil could do this.
I have not changed anything else in my daily or nightly ritual.
I am over 50 and quality of life is something that I have come to understand and really appreciate.
My wife is going through menopause and has night sweats, they are pretty rough and I feel for her. Although, I did not buy the CBD for her she starting taking it and it has improved her sleep significantly too.

I am purchasing a second bottle of the Provida Full spectrum hemp oil extract (1500mg) as I am getting 50% relief from my horrific back and leg pain. I am taking a dropper full nightly and this takes the bite, during the day, off my lower limb pain. For some reason the CBD oils I took before were not effective, so I was hesitant to take more, but my husband would not give up on this natural remedy. Question: do we know the long term affects yet of cannabinoids on our body/organs?

Hi Anne, we haven’t seen any long term or toxic effect from using CBD longterm. Remember that your body already has endogenous cannabinoids and taking exogenous cannabinoids like Provida has a synergistical effect on the body. Since we are not medical professionals, I would always advise to talk to your primary physician.
